I had my flooring done at the beginning of November with this company. I was given a reasonable quote and decided to go ahead. I don’t usually leave reviews on anything good or bad but I am still a bit shocked by this service. The day of the measuring, I had arrived at 10am as agreed and they didn’t turn up until 11:30 without any notice. I had to text and call to find out. The day of the fitting, they didn’t arrive until after 10 when it was booked for 9am. They finished pretty quickly and it looked great however there were waves in the floor that he assured would settle. I messaged to show the pictures of this a few days later and they responded saying they would come and have a look on a specific day. I asked what time and since then, I have not got a response. They never followed through or showed up so now i’m left with these waves in the floor that I can’t get out. Quite disappointed since this content studio space had to be perfect for quite obvious reasons.

Very pleased with our new stairs, landing carpet and bathroom Vinyl. Daniel come to our home to measure up and help us choose the carpet and Vinyl and booked us in for fitting very quickly just 4 days later. Very happy with the work that Daniel and Adam done, they were very professional, would highly recommend.
