Excellent experience from start to finish. Fairly priced work and very reliable company. They fitted an expensive carpet in a large room in an old house with a few challenges very expertly. The team lead by Ricky turned up on time and were tidy and were pleasant to have around . The carpet looks excellent. I recommend T & R carpets very highly and without reservation.

Ricky and his team were amazing. Removed old carpet and the underlay and installed news ones in my entire 2 bedroom flat. Ricky was very accommodating and understanding - responding very quickly to my initial query, carried out a survey the same day and provided a quote based on our requirements. And then helped in procuring the carpet we wanted from a third party. Arrived timely on days that we had agreed and worked through the job very efficiently. Took care in moving furniture around and left the place clean and tidy. His entire team was very professional and courteous - fitting itself is immaculate. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting their carpets updated. Would definitely use them again in future.

Delighted with the new carpets. Ricky was very helpful with his advice and provided a good variety of samples to choose from. The quote was competitive and included things that others had said were too hard or extras. There was great communication as we arranged for the installation, and then he, Alex and Gary did a fantastic job doing 4 rooms, stairs and landing over two days.
