The guy who came to measure up was very nice and professional, he told us the quote and advised us that if we wanted to proceed the carpet would take about 3 weeks. The fitters arrived and they were very friendly and did an amazing job. I would have no qualms about using Tapi again and would highly recommend them, all dealings with them were professional and friendly.

I recently had carpets fitted by Tapi Carpets - Fort Kinnaird and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent. John, the store manager, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, taking the time to answer all my questions and helping me choose the right carpet without any pressure. The installation team, Martin and Mo, were just as fantastic. They were professional, efficient and genuinely couldn’t have been nicer. They worked quickly and carefully, left everything clean and tidy, and the finished result looks amazing. Happy with Tapi - an outstanding experience from start to finish! I had great service from my initial contact with Tapi Carpets, Fort Kinnaird. John Riley arranged someone to visit the house and measure up. I then visited the showroom and received excellent support and advice from John himself, with prompt quotations to follow. The carpets were fitted this week by the team of Martin and Mo - the work is outstanding and their attention to detail very impressive. I'm a happy customer.

Just got a carpet from Tapi Fort Kinnaird. Excellent experience, got a home visit for a measure very quickly and the carpet was ordered in faster than I could get ready for it to be fitted! John (Store Manager) was very helpful both during the purchase and leading up to the fit. He is very accommodating and really helped me out after I got let down by another company. Martin and Mo did an exceptional job of the fitting. They really went the extra mile and even fitted an acoustic sound proofing vinyl that I had ordered myself elsewhere to go under the insulation and carpet that I got from Tapi. They were fast, friendly, great workers and charged very reasonable prices for the amount of work that they put in. Highly recommend Tapi/ John, Martin and Mo to anyone and will definitely use again.

I got the bedroom, hall, living room and kitchen re floored in my flat. Tracey was extremely helpful at the shop. She sat with us and explained all the options very well. I didn’t have the exact measurements of the floor space but she was able to still calculate an estimate size and cost. When the guy came out to do the actual measurements and give a quote it was very similar to her estimation so I was pretty impressed. She was very good with following up with me and answered any of the questions I had. I went into the shop on 17/01/2026 and the flooring was installed by 05/02/2026. This included someone coming out to measure, give a quote, waiting for me to respond to confirm I want to go through with it, them making sure they have all the materials available and then the actual installation on a date that worked for me. So I was very happy with the timeline. Jack and Danny were the guys who did the installation. They got everything done in 2 days and I am very happy with the result. Tapi also offer a service to remove the original flooring. It does cost extra but I think it is worth it to avoid the hassle of figuring out what to do with it myself. This was quite an investment for me. But I did choose one of the more expensive options for Luxury Vinyl. I do think it was 100% worth it though and it has made such a big difference. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Tapi and I would recommend them to other people. I will add some photos so you can see what the flooring looks like.
