Kai and his team did an amazing job replacing the carpets with LVT across two entire floors of our house. Kai also massively helped us out and was accommodating when we changed our mind on the planks we chose and also when there was a leak issue which meant they had to come back a different day to finish the job. The quality of their work is very high and we are super happy with the results. Kai and his team were punctual, professional and polite. Highly recommend!

I didn’t believe the reviews. They seemed too good to be true - but having had carpets laid in all bedrooms, I can now safely say the Smyth carpet team are all truly top notch. If Google had a 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ option - I would definitely go for that. In fact 100 ⭐️s wouldn’t be enough! I was probably a tricky customer, changing my mind about colour and carpet type, choosing a different colour in each room, asking for split timings for the fittings, wanting to vacuum thoroughly before and after laying - but nothing felt like too much trouble for Harry and the team. The furniture moving service was a life-saver. I wouldn’t have managed it otherwise. Good, old-fashioned personal customer service combined with a great price is a winning combo. I couldn’t be more delighted or recommend more highly. Thanks so much guys!

Kai and Harry have both worked for me. A full carpet upstairs and wooden floor downstairs. They are so reliable, the guys on their team are above and beyond. They are fast and kind and so tidy too. I would give 6 stars if I could. The finish is brilliant both carpet and wood floor; they moved my furniture around with respect to get access and were so diligent with everything. Even getting phone calls after to check I was happy. Efficient, kind, reliable and professional. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough

From start to finish, Smyth carpets have been brilliant, the advice given from Kai on his arrival at my house, and the efficiency of my estimate and booking in the fitting was great. Our floors needed a lot of repair work, and the whole of my downstairs was being fitted with LVT flooring which meant it needed to be perfectly level. Tom and Lewis arrived ready to fit the flooring , they were both friendly and efficient and made us feel at ease immediately. All the flooring was laid in 4 days from start to finish, the boys remained happy ,helpful and efficient throughout the whole time and done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Smyth Carpets for any flooring services required.
