What a fantastic place! Steve and the team are wonderful - friendly, polite, professional and they do a fabulous job. They work hard and are very accommodating, even when other trades upset schedules. We have had three carpets installed and wouldn't go anywhere else. Wish we could give six stars.

We have a good quality machine made, Turkish pattern rug and the fringes were badly worn. I had tried to find somewhere that could replace them with no success. But Rose and Steve looked after us. They sent it to the firm that does such work for them and it has come back with beautiful, whipped edges in a perfectly matching colour. It looks great, and the price was great too. Rose and Steve were both pleasant and helpful and if my experience is typical of the way they work I recommend them most highly.

From speaking to Rose in the shop to Michael fitting my inset door mat it was all five stars. I was worried as my rubber backed mat had caused my wool carpet to disintegrate. Rose advised what could be done, gave me a price and Michael fitted it no job to small. Thank you both so much.
