Sam fitted Luxury Vinyl flooring downstairs and carpet up the stairs, landing and bedroom. Excellent service and skilled fitting.

I recently replaced the flooring in my entire house and, after receiving many quotes, decided to go with Rose Green Flooring. I was impressed when Sam, the owner, came to measure and explain everything clearly, which gave me confidence in choosing them. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very disappointing. I was not informed that someone other than Sam would be carrying out the installation. When the installers arrived, the workmanship was rushed and careless. They caused damage to my walls, cut one of my doors unevenly, failed to put all the screws back (and where they did, the screws were too large), left out the laminate threshold, and installed flooring trims without securing them properly. The door frames were also cut badly and left unfinished, without mastic to cover the gaps. Although they promised to return and add the missing thresholds, they never came back. The lack of professionalism and poor finishing left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not use this company again and do not recommend them to others. Based on my experience, they don’t even deserve one star. I would give 3 stars for the quality of the flooring, they had a good provider

Had the pleasure of Element flooring to fit for me 2 bedroom carpets and hall way carpet and a fitted coir matting in entrance hall , nothing was too much trouble . I was dropped samples to my house for colour choice for both the carpet and coir ,prompt communication from measuring to fitting , thankyou Element flooring

Took a peak in the window of this new flooring shop and I was amazed by the different samples of flooring, they are clearly showing their skills on the shop floors and I will defiantly be using them again. James has fitted my Boulevard herringbone last year and I am over the moon with it.
