Richie at Right Floorings was fantastic to deal with when choosing our stair runner. He was attentive to what we were looking for and kindly allowed us to take a few samples home before making our final decision. This was really helpful, as it gave us the chance to see how the material looked in different lighting throughout the day. Richie later came back with the installer, Reese, to take measurements and talk us through the process. Installation day went smoothly and was completely stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Right Floorings were recommended to us by close friends who had previously used them for their laminate flooring, and we’re so glad we chose them for our stair runner as well. Richie is friendly, attentive, and always happy to answer any questions. We would definitely use Right Floorings again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

Richie (I think that was his name!) was incredibly helpful from the very first moment. He supported me so much throughout the entire process. He even replied to my WhatsApp messages in the evening and sent me the full photo catalogue directly to my phone, so I didn’t have to take pictures in the store myself. He went above and beyond — he even waited for me after work at 7pm to come and take the measurements. He was knowledgeable, professional, and always available. It truly meant the world to me, especially during such a stressful time like buying a new home. The final result was perfect. Reasonable price, the job was completed in just one day and everything was absolutely impeccable. Forever grateful — I highly recommend him to everyone!

From start to finish i had a great experience with Richie via whatsapp. He listened to what i wanted, he showed me samples, i already had an idea on what i wanted upon contact so it made the experience smoother! — he got everything done fast. My flooring is beautiful and the carpets also got fitted just in time for my move. Super delighted with the whole experience and the updates i received. Was extremely straight forward, quick and efficient, from start to finish. Visited store , very friendly, non pushy service from Richie and got exactly what we requested Measured that afternoon with sample carpet in hand! Was kept informed and updated the whole way through.
