We had the full ground floor of our house screeded and fitted with LVT. Osbornes flooring were superb from the very first contact we made with them all the way through the selection of the flooring, the quoting, the preparation of the floor and the fitting of the LVT. Customer services was excellent and timescales were brilliant. The quality of the installation is top class. We definitely would recommend them and thank you.

I had used Osbornes around 8 years ago to fit Amtico flooring downstairs after some renovation work, I was super happy with the job and they made sure it was done in time for Christmas. Recently, my partner Jayne and I used them to fully re-carpet and fit some vinyl in our 3 storey home. We were delighted with the end to end experience. We'd held off having such a big job done due to being worried about moving heavy furniture, but it couldn't have been easier with the advice and help from John, Ian and Mark. They did 2 rooms at a time, and even managed to work around beds etc. Our home looks totally refreshed and we are so happy. It was also refreshing not to have any sales pitch, and just have the right advice tailored to our needs. Thanks guys!

Would recommend these guys to anyone wanting flooring fitted I had the entire house done with lvt on the floors and runner carpet on the stairs. Mark was great in the show room, he was very helpful got us sorted out with exactly what we were after. Jon and Ian were also great getting the fitting done their attention to detail was fantastic, they got the job done quicker than expected to a great standard. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

From the first meeting with Mark at their showroom to the final finish we had no problems with any aspect of the work. Great communication. Mark called in the evening of our visit to the showroom and assured us that the slightly different levels of the three rooms would not be a problem for the fitters John and Ian. And so it turned out. They laid over 40 sq meters of laminate flooring with underlay in under two days 'feathering' the uneven levels. Clean and efficient service. Delighted with the results.
