Really great experience with getting acoustic underlay installed by London Premium Floors. Turned up on time, accommodated our timing constraints, and worked tirelessly to get the job done for a very fair price. You could tell that they cared about doing the job right. Throughout the process, from finding FCC UK on Checkatrade to completion of job, communications have been great, answering all our questions thoroughly and promptly. Mehrab provided a good range of samples, based on our budget and requirements, and a very competitive price, compared to many other quotes we received. On the day of the fitting, their punctuality was spot-on and the quality of work outstanding, with great attention to detail. They went above and beyond in some aspects which we were delighted by (e.g. carpeting inside the hall storage cupboard, which we hadn’t expected). We are absolutely thrilled with how the new carpet looks!
