Cliff was initially a hard and punctual worker when he came to sand my floors. The quote was good and he did a good job. However the second part of the sanding job never got done despite me asking several times when he was able to come. There was no communication over the course of several weeks and I got the impression he wasn't interested. In the end I decided to find someone else to complete the job.

Hall, study and dining room floors absolutely transformed by Cliff’s work. 20 years of grime removed and we’re left with a better finish than when the floors were new. The whole process was well explained and Cliff worked round our schedule to cause the least disruption. Attention to detail was first rate. Cannot recommend highly enough.
