Kristoffersen Carpets and Flooring

Kristoffersen provided yet again excellent service and made the whole process stress free, from the minute you enter the shop in the advice given, to the carpet/ flooring being being installed. We have used other carpet/ flooring shops before but Kristoffersen stand out by a mile.

Ross and the team have done an excellent job with a new carpet in my hall. He helped pick a suitable blend for the existing carpet which complements it perfectly. The new carpet was laid without fuss and the fitters were professional and efficient. I can’t recommend Ross and Kristoffersen highly enough.

I was very pleased with the advise and service we received throughout the process of selecting our flooring and having it fitted. Ross was able to answer all of our questions and support a change in installation date. The floor and carpet fitting teams were very professional and polite and did an excellent job.

This is the second time we have used Kristoffersen Carpets and Flooring, Costorphine branch. Ross in the shop was very helpful in helping us choose the type of flooring we wanted. Some one from kirstoffersen came out to the house with sample flooring to measure up and advise what best would be required to be done to lay the flooring we wanted. If also gace us a chence to see the different type of flooring in situ. After receiving the quote and accepting it the professional floor layer Dominic Jukes arrived and carried out all work to a highly porfessional standard. He actually saved us some money due to his expertise in what was required to ensure the floor was level. After Completion Ross at the corstorphine branch got back in contact with asking if we were happy with the result. We would use Kristoffersen again.

The team at Kristoffersen did an amazing job helping us find the perfect floor for our living room. Ross in the Corstorphone branch was really helpful, going through all the options and providing quotes. Once we decided, the work was booked in within a few weeks and Iain did a fantastic job laying the floor quickly and without too much disruption. The room is completely transformed and we much preferred the security of going with this smaller local company than the bg superstores.
