Hands down the best experience I could have hoped for. Ried and team have been nothing but professional and solution driven. Communications were excellent, Ried was always quick to respond to my many questions. When I had issues with another part of the project, Ried jumped in and helped me out to ensure that the floor was completed despite having had less time than I originally provided for. The quality of work delivered is outstanding and all done within the time agreed, the new floor looks gorgeous and Ried, Michael and team have thought through every small detail. Can’t recommend them enough!!

What can I say. Ried and his team were excellent from start to finish. As a construction company owner we know our stuff and this was for my own place. Amazing experience with JJRM Flooring. From the initial email to getting our floors fitted we had a great experience. Our scope set to JJRM Flooring was to provide us with options that nobody else has in their home, and I think they delivered. After a few visits from Ried we settled on a basketweave with a border and black inlay. Both our fitters were exceptional, arrived promptly on time and worked super hard. The attention to detail from them was amazing. Big thanks to Ried and the team. They surpassed our expectations with flying colours.

Easily the best LVT flooring company in London. During our stressful renovation over the past year it’s really been hard for us to find great trademen… we came across JJRM Flooring and were amazed by their reviews so we decided to enquire. Our flooring project was quite complex and required alot of preparation work due to our latent subfloor with a lignite mix and a huge level change discrepancy between our hallway and kitchen. However we were amazed by Ried’s knowledge on not only the flooring products but the prep side too. It filled us with great trust knowing we had a true professional on hand. We did speak to a few companies prior but evreyone seemed to just want a quick sale but Ried and his team took their time understanding our needs and requirements. Once we accepted the quote the works began. After a few days of sanding our horrible concrete subfloor and a liquid DPM + screed being applied the floors started to really take shape. The fitters Ryan & Nathan were super hard working. They started at 7am and didn’t finish untill 6pm evreyday which we didn’t ask for but they truly are work horses. The end result looks amazing.

I had an amazing experience with JJRM Flooring from start to finish. My main contact was Reid, and he was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. From our very first conversation, I could tell this company genuinely cares about its customers rather than just trying to make a sale. Reid took the time to really understand what I wanted and helped me choose the perfect flooring for our lifestyle. His knowledge of different flooring types and products was seriously impressive. We were also getting new screeding laid for our underfloor heating, and he even advised us on the best screed mixture to use with our LVT installation. The mixture he recommended meant we needed far less subfloor preparation and ensured the LVT would bond much better — saving time, cost, and hassle later on. Because we had a freshly laid screeded floor he came out several times to check that the moisture levels were right before installation, showing incredible attention to detail. On the day of the install, the readings were still a bit borderline, and while most installers would have simply asked us to wait a few more weeks or worse ignored it, Reid instead came up with a smart alternative that allowed the job to go ahead without compromising quality. I’ve worked with different tradesmen for over 30 years on various projects, but JJRM Flooring is miles ahead of anyone. Reid doesn’t just think a few years down the line — he thinks 10, 15 plus years ahead, making sure every aspect of the job is done to last. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free — and the finished floor looks amazing!!!!!
