Hoff Parquet

We ordered Douglas Fir flooring which arrived 7 weeks late (15 weeks from order date) with little to no communication and constant lies about delivery dates. On arrival we were delivered the incorrect board width, depth and length and insufficient floor area. In addition, there is damage to some of the boards. We have been in contact with Hoff several times about the incorrect order and the knock on impacts on our project but they do not provide any sort of resolution. Do not use this business.

We wanted engineered wood flooring that would work well with underfloor heating and found Hoff Parquet online. Visiting their Edinburgh showroom made all the difference, they had loads of options on display and gave great advice on finishes and maintenance. We went with a light oak finish in a wide plank and we’re delighted with the look and feel. The installers were friendly, tidy, and did a brilliant job.

Great selection, beautiful flooring showroom in Edinburgh. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, ticked all the boxes. It was a complex job that had to be done in stages. We bought wide plank oak flooring for the open-plan dining room and matching herringbone parquet for the hallway and entry level. We also needed bespoke stair cladding in the same finish, which Hoff Parquet team designed, produced, and installed. The fitters, who didn't speak much English, were very professional and tidy. The job was done exceptionally well and on time.
