Needed new vinyl for our kitchen after a dishwasher flood. I wasn't sure what to choose but the advice on quality and durability given by the assistant Louis was excellent and we were delighted with our choice and especially the price. Much lower than we expected. Will definitely be back in the future when we need other flooring.

We called up to order astro grass today , spoke to someone called William. Who made it a very simple and seamless process, knowledgeable and professional, ordered up and paid via email, didnt have to go into store. Very easy process... ordered to be delivered for next week Will definitely be back

I was hoping to be able to write the full experience I received but not enough character allowance. Instead I will be concise. DO NOT GO THERE. - You are asked to pay for fitting as well as product. - delivery standards only apply to small orders and are missed mor eoftne that not due to their software malfunction- fitters provided blackmailed me in paying them more money to remove skirting or else they would walk off the job - fitters left us with no hot water and a leak through the ceiling of our neighbors below after hitting the pipe when fixing the ply wood - store manager Bernard told me they would not lift the tiles as no evidence if was the fitters fault - I lifted the floor myslef after a week of trying to get them to agree to do it themselves, so not hot water for my kid's shower for that length of time - store didn't pay the fitters I did - second fitter options never showed up - third fitter did and completed the job on the 22/12/2025 for something that should have been completed on the 27/10/2025 - the customer service of that store treats customer grievances like hello fresh, by giving you £5 per wrong doings but only after 2 months of arguing they did all they could by saying sorry and trying to rectify the job - gave them one more chance to avoid me writing this, by hinting that perhaps they could offer a free be on carpet as I plan to do my kids bedrooms later, or to give me another 4 boxes of the tiles at cost price to be able to do my kitchen, but all I got was a pathetic discount with delivery knowing the depot is on our doorstep. The only thing they are good at is saying sorry and taking your hard earned cash. There are cheaper options and I can say with certainty, that you should find your own fitter and save yourself a lot of troubles, just make sure it ain't Graham murray's flooring. Or whatever his name is, I will make sure to be on his case next for the lovely service and attitude we got from him. Toop tiles fort Kinnaird will give you names of fitters that are decent and pro. The staff in the store are nice enough, nothing to say about that, but they are not able to help you in any significant way whatsoever if you have issues such as mine, the customer service team based god knows where, will do whatever they can not to be of help really. Chose small, chose local if you can.

My wife and I cannot recommend this place enough! We recently bought our first home and needed to change the living room carpet prior to moving in. We had a very short window of 6 days, from when we got the keys to when we were due to move, to get the new carpet in. We had visited a few different carpet retailers before we came here and had been quoted crazy prices, long waits for carpet fitters and not very welcoming staff. Then we came here and from the moment we walked in we were welcomed and looked after. Bernard took us through all the different options, advised us on how to order samples. The samples came promptly. When we bought our carpet, the price was amazing for the quality and we likely saved £250+ shopping here. In order to get the carpet in and fitted prior to us moving in Bernard even helped us with a third party carpet fitter that he recommended through the store and helped organise the fitter to come and measure our living room. We bought the carpet on the Saturday, the carpet fitter was with us 10am Sunday morning to confirm the size of carpet was adequate. Carpet arrived the Thursday and was fitted the Friday for a very competitive price. We moved in on the Sunday. Couldn’t recommend this store or Bernard’s customer service more. We will be back in future when it’s time to do the upstairs.
