I am really impressed with the high standards of work from the team at Floor Express. From the initial visit to the shop to select my options, right through to the day of fitting, the experience was seamless. ​Mike was incredibly helpful and polite, keeping me well-informed about the schedule and exactly when to expect the fitter. ​Carl and his assistant were brilliant. Their work was exceptionally clean and tidy, and they provided great aftercare advice before they left. I even received a thoughtful follow-up message to ensure I was happy with everything. ​I first used Floor Express years ago for my stairs, and the quality has remained consistent. I will definitely be back soon to have vinyl fitted in my home-base salon reception. Thumbs up all round for a professional, top-tier service! 💪🏾👌🏾

I recently had Floor Express replace the laminate flooring and carpet throughout an apartment following a water leak, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They itemised the quote perfectly, making it clear and straightforward for my insurance company to understand and process the works without any issues. The quality of workmanship is superb – the new laminate and carpets have completely transformed the space. Importantly, my tenants were completely at ease throughout the works. The team were professional, respectful, and tidy, which made a big difference as the apartment remained occupied during the installation. He made the entire process run so smoothly, offering great advice and patience, especially for a fussy customer like me! ​Yesterday, we had our AGT Pruva flooring fitted by Omar and Khaled, and they were such a professional and brilliant team. They worked quickly and efficiently, paying attention to every detail, and the finish is absolutely perfect.
