Completely transformed our apartment with LVT flooring. Sam and Terry were very helpful, accomodating, well priced and the work done was beautiful. We're very happy with the result and will be using them again in the future for our carpets

This has been an incredible experience. I had a random request for an emergency job and the team here were able to accommodate even though they were closing the shop for the day. They even let me come back the next morning to pay in cash as I had not cash on me. We shared the fact that I was a local neighbor and they were gracious enough to understand the importance of standing by your neighbors in times of crisis... Overall, a very moving experience; i never thought I would have these feeling for a laminate and carpeting shop.

We had laminate flooring and carpet replaced by Floor Direct and we were really happy with the result! They were able to fit the flooring within 2 weeks of our initial quote, and the work was completed quickly and to a high standard (see photos), it took just a day and a half to complete 3 rooms and replace the carpet on our stairs. They left the flat clean and tidy and even came round later in the week to pick up leftover materials that we didn't need to keep. Thanks so much!
