This is the third time we have used Floor Coverings International in various different properties. Craig & Jamie fitted laminate flooring in our hallway this time. The work was completed to an exceptional standard. We live in a tenement flat, where no wall is straight and the attention to detail to make the floor fit perfectly in all the nooks and crannies is nothing short of brilliance! Mary, in the shop and all of the fitters are really knowledgable and honest with suggestions on what will and won’t work for your property. Brilliant service all round and very reasonable prices. I needed a new vinyl floor covering for my kitchen, and an existing carpet remnant laid in two walk-in cupboards. Floor Coverings International were fabulous from the moment I stepped into the shop. Prompt follow-up by phone to arrange an estimate and then the fitting. Prompt arrival on the scheduled day, and a very efficient team to undertake the work. Great staff all round! Oh, and I love the new floors!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We recently visited this local carpet shop after a recommendation from a neighbour, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful — no pushy sales tactics, just honest advice and great product knowledge. They took the time to walk us through all the options, helped us choose the right style for our home, and even talked us through what would work best for our slightly uneven floors! The prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of carpet we ended up with — really good value. The fitting was arranged quickly and done to a high standard, with minimal disruption and a clean finish. The fitters were punctual, polite, and clearly took pride in their work. Couldn’t be happier with the result — the room looks completely transformed. If you’re looking for quality carpets and proper customer service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I just had Lino laid in my new garden studio and I just love it. This wee gem of a shop has a massive, impressive range of beautiful, high quality floor coverings. Ours wasn’t the biggest of jobs but I feel like these guys provide the same exceptional standard of service regardless of the order, super refreshing! We found Mary and Craig an absolute delight, very warm and friendly and offered great advice. They were fast, efficient, exceptionally tidy and clearly hold the customer at the heart of what they do. It was very much appreciated! Thank you Mary and Craig! We’ll be back for our kitchen and bathroom and anything else in future. Cannot recommend highly enough. 🙏❤️🥰
