He was the epitome of professionalism—punctual, polite, and incredibly efficient, not to mention he is a perfectionist. Throughout the entire process of refurbishing my original 1969 parquet flooring, Olly maintained excellent communication, walking me through every step to ensure I understood his plan. His workmanship is second to none. The results far exceeded my expectations—the floors look truly stunning, like new, while retaining their original character. He worked cleanly and tidily, leaving the house absolutely spotless at the end of each day and upon completion. Olly’s attention to detail, dedication to quality, and clear pride in his craft make him an exceptional tradesman. Having recently laid a solid oak parquet floor, we wanted to achieve the very best finish we could. Although we had considered attempting the job ourselves we decided to go with a professional and chose Elite Floor Restoration. We are so glad we did! Oliver completed the job in the three days quoted for and the finish is fantastic; we're thrilled. The process was great from start to finish; great communication at the quotation stage and minimal disruption when the work was being carried out. The work was also completely dust free.
