Fantastic service from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our requirements. We were moving in to a new home and Steven arrived the day we got the keys to measure up and held space for us in advance for the fitting. Would highly recommend. Excellent quality carpets and fitting for a reasonable price. Very happy customer!

Great service from start to finish. Steve has been very professional and helpful from measuring my property and helping chosing the sample and arranging everything very quick process. So so pleased with the service I received from Effortless Floors. We chose to replace the floors in the two living spaces downstairs, as the previous floors were worn out, and not to our taste. Steven visited our home to take measurements, and also brought samples, so we could see what we liked best, and make a decision actually in our own house. He was very friendly, answered all our questions, and we felt safe trusting him with our home. Our floors also required leveling, which they arranged for us, and we otherwise left them to crack on with the work. The first day walking into see our new floors was so exciting, they had done a fantastic job, and it really brought the house to life. The price was very reasonable for the work required, much better then what some of the bigger retailers had asked for, and they were far more accommodating of our needs. Thank you so much!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Steven visited our property with samples appropriate to our needs and arranged fitting within a few days to fit our tight timescale. On the day of the fitting the fitters arrived promptly, worked quickly and cleaned up behind themselves. All this at a cost a 1/3 less than the "bargain warehouses" we had also had quotes from. Fantastic service all round, I would definitely recommend.
